Any ingredients that could come from an animal can be found on the list of ingredients. Emulsifiers such as E471 and E472 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) or E475 (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), which we use in the production of our bread and bakery products, are always of vegetable origin.
