Consistency O.K. Crumbles less than before. But has nothing to do with "carrot cake". No carrot flavor. You can only taste cinnamon and nuts. Cinnamon does not belong in it. Unfortunately, it distorts the taste. The cake is also too expensive. I won't be buying it again.
