The mattress is firm, but gives just as much as is necessary at the hips, for example, and really perfectly at certain points (so it doesn't affect a bed partner). If you lie on your back, you can really feel how your entire shoulder blades are supported and your chest remains open. On my sinfully expensive memory foam mattress, my chest always collapsed as if I was still sitting on an office chair, which led to severe discomfort. It doesn't seem to have any zones (exactly as I wanted), zones are idiotic, who has the exact correct body size, lies down exactly correctly and then doesn't move an inch until the morning? Now I wake up criss-crossed on the mattress, I obviously felt equally comfortable on the whole surface. Ordering process: You are really well informed without being bombarded with emails. The system is efficient, you receive an email in which you can choose the delivery date from a few suggestions and it even works. The mattress was delivered a week earlier than confirmed in the order confirmation = serious delivery deadline. The delivery took place correctly within the announced time frame, was quick, uncomplicated, somewhat taciturn but very friendly. I think that Fr. 59.00 kerbside delivery is really too much, even the post office would do it cheaper. I've been sleeping on it for about 2.5 weeks now, I've been feeling much better since then. I really hope the firmness lasts a long time. There is a 10-year guarantee, so the chances are good. I will follow the instructions to turn it over and over again. With a weight of only 12.8 kg, this can be done without any problems. If it keeps its great properties for a long time, the price is unbeatable. I recommend this mattress and the micasa service system, they were worth this detailed review.

Bought the mattress for my 85 year old mother, she is delighted! My mother sleeps much better than on the old mattress! She wouldn't give it back because it doesn't sink in any more!
