How many grams does half a wheel of cheese weigh?
We had our first raclette of the season today, in keeping with the weather, with the above-mentioned cheese, which we have been happy with for years, until today....!
The cheese was really gummy, we were very disappointed and won't be buying it again. It's ok to eat cold. A real shame !!!!!

We regret that the product Raccard Raclette Suisse Tradition with the article number 2104.141.040.00 has given cause for complaint and have forwarded the message to the supplier.
Without a sample or reference number of the product, we are unfortunately unable to comment on the quality. The Raccard is checked regularly and no divergences in quality have been found. As cheese is a living natural product, slight variations from one wheel to another are unavoidable.
The employees will pay more attention to the product.
