I have just spent another 20 minutes listening to music at Customer Support. The first lady had to redirect me as she was not responsible for my request. After 20 minutes of nothing but music, I hung up annoyed. Unfortunately, there is also no way to contact the relevant department in writing. It's a shame when a good product has such poor customer support. Either there are too many complaints or you have too few staff and therefore the long waiting times - no comment...
