Hello icelander, thank you for your message. The bread is sprayed with a very small amount of ethanol to preserve it. This evaporates almost completely when baked correctly, so that there is no alcohol left in the finished baked product. Thanks to the use of ethanol, we can dispense with artificial preservatives. For each batch produced, we set aside samples of each product until the expiry date. We have taken another close look at these samples. We have not found any further deviations. We suspect that there may have been an isolated deviation in the production of your Pinsa. We apologize for this and have informed all the relevant departments about your report.
