Pizza was yesterday! Very fine, crispy pinsa for topping or simply as focaccia. When topping, make sure that the ingredients are at room temperature, as they only need half the time in the oven. Always have 2-3 in reserve, as they keep for a relatively long time. Bake at 230° for about 10 minutes. Buon Apetito!
Soft, quick cooking, you can pair it with everything
Not bad - doesn't come close to Pinsa from Aldi
Good and inexpensive. Quick and easy to prepare. Popular with the whole family
Very good product
Soo practical, makes the best garlic bread in our house
the long shelf life allows for stockpiling, which I like
Missing that certain something for the 5 stars. The taste is okay.
The wholemeal variant from the same manufacturer was delicious, and healthier. Of course, it's no longer available in the stores I frequent, because at Migros, it's always the whitest flour possible that wins... And if you want to eat more "complete" foods, you have to look elsewhere or make them yourself.
Perfect for a quick z'Nacht.
