This is already the third package I have taken this summer and in all three I have found moldy piadinas. I will preface this by saying that I have been getting them for two years (because they would actually be very good) and I have never had this problem. Can something be done and inform the manufacturer? I bought them in several Migros in Basel and all of them had this problem, which by the way was not visible on the outside. thanks

In order for us to trace the production, we ask you to provide us with the expiration date and the lot number (starts with L and consists of letters and numbers). Hi Chiara_C, thank you for your reply. In order to prevent the formation of mold and ensure the desired shelf life, our products are manufactured and packaged under strict hygienic measures. Unfortunately, in rare cases it may happen that the packaging is damaged during transport, for example at the sealing. If the packaging is slightly fissured, the protective gas may leak out. This promotes mold growth and causes the product to deteriorate before the expiration date. Unfortunately, without a sample we are unable to determine exactly where the packaging was damaged. Why are there only 5 pieces in the pack, 6 would be ideal, as we now always have to open a new pack or prepare something else if the two of us want to eat several of them. They are great, please make 6 of them!

Hello LisannevdBrink, the number of pieces depends on the production and packaging system and its optimal capacity utilization or cycle time. You may be able to find another product that meets your requirements in terms of taste and quantity. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
