Surprisingly good
This product is a big scam: mozzarella has no more protein than standard mozzarella. It does, however, have less fat, which makes the texture very rubbery and tasteless. It shouldn't be considered mozzarella, but rather a low-fat, high-protein, tasteless piece of plastic.
And it's even worse if you try to melt it on a pizza or pie.
Super low-fat and low-calorie mozzarella. The consistency is a little firmer but I like that as it makes it easier to work with.
