Is this product lactose-free?
Hello Fraa, thank you for your inquiry and for your patience. According to consultation with the specialist department, the product is not lactose-free - but this one is. We hope this information is helpful for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, why is it that every year the product is out of stock for several months? In Lausanne, none of the stores have had it in stock for 1-2 months now, until Spring, which is not very practical.
Hello LC18, thank you very much for your request. In principle, this mozzarella is available all year round. However, the stores themselves decide on the assortment, so it may only be available in summer in certain outlets. This depends, among other things, on demand. We ask for your understanding. Why do you get light mozzarella at the same low price at Aldi and Lidl, but at Migros it is only available as Oh and only in large Migros stores? In Lidl or Aldi you can even get both as light mozzarella balls. Then you wonder why some people shop at Lidl Aldi or Germany... then I usually do all my shopping there...
Hello Coacoa200, thank you for your inquiry. The high-protein mozzarellas at Migros, Aldi and Lidl are comparable. They are all mozzarellas made from Swiss milk with a comparable protein and fat content. The light mozzarellas at Aldi and Lidl are not made from Swiss milk. They also have a higher fat content than the high-protein mozzarellas. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is this mozzarella lactose-free?
Hello pucetta, no, the Oh! High Protein Mozzarella is not lactose-free. However, we do have a lactose-free mozzarella in our range under the aha! label. You can find it at the following link: www.migros.ch/de/product/200616100000, best regards, your M-Infoline team

I think it's a real shame that this mozzarella (and some other reduced-fat products) is offered as a seasonal item and ONLY in summer. This mozzarella used to be available under the "YOU" label and, as far as I know, all year round... In our cooperative in Basel, it is not even available in the large Migros stores, as I have read that it is available all year round in other cooperatives. Are we not worth it to Migros in our region?
It's shameful that Migros calls reduced-fat cheese seasonal. Where's the sense in that? Cheese not available in eastern Switzerland either.
Hi firefighter39, this winter we have left it up to each Migros cooperative to decide whether it wants to stock this mozzarella. The Migros Basel cooperative has decided to offer Oh! mozzarella only in the Dreispitz, Oberwil and Paradies stores. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Except that the mozzarella was not available in Allschwil or Oberwil this week... I would have to go to the MParc Dreispitz...
Not available in all Lausanne stores either!

Unfortunately, there is no more reduced-fat mozzarella. Are they coming back? Winterthur all branches.
For Migros, eating low-fat is something seasonal! Nobody understands and it makes you angry. They should tell that to vegans and take all the products out too...
Imagine the outcry 🤣🤣 but Migros prefers to include more and more vegan items in its range, even though a low-calorie/low-fat diet interests many more customers.
i'm not interested in vegan or not, everything has its justification, but it's certainly not a seasonal item. i'll probably have to do more shopping at aldi/lidl again. by the way, coop has also taken the light mozarella out of its range.
Hello frenchh, since yesterday Oh! High Protein Mozzarella is available again in the largest branches of the Zurich cooperative. Unfortunately, it is not available in Eastern Switzerland. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you Migros. I really don't understand. They were always sold out, why are they taking them out of the range? Genos. Zurich doesn't do me any good. It's a shame really, you could also tip one of the 10 other types of mozzarella instead of the only reduced-fat variant.
I'm just plain ugly and nobody understands that! Reduced fat is just as much a part of it today as anything else, and certainly not seasonal. Today there are over 10 different fetas on Wil's shelves, mozzarella as far as the eye can see, then the veggie varieties (one of which would be enough!!) and raclette and fondue so much that 10 fingers are not enough. There simply must and should be at least 1 low-fat version of raclette, fondue, cheese, mozzarella, etc. Abroad, this is a matter of course all year round. So Migros, don't pass the ball back to us customers or come up with excuses or alternatives that aren't in demand (which aren't alternatives anyway) and start with your theory. When will Migros finally change its way of thinking? Finally bring us back all the low-fat products, all year round. Vegan products are also available all year round..............

Hello, Can you please make this item available all year round in the Migros stores in Geneva? It was one of the items I consumed the most and I sorely miss it. Thank you for your reply, David.
Hello DAVSTRAB, and thank you for your question. This product is seasonal and is only available in summer. There are currently no plans to offer this item year-round. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros I sorely miss the protein mozzarella. My store no longer has a single reduced-fat variant in the winter months. Mozzarella is consumed all year round in our household. Please please please bring back mozzarella.
Yes, nobody understands Migros' view. Simply absurd.
Hello Jessica1988, thank you for your contribution. We will be happy to look into it. Could you please let us know your preferred shopping region? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
My favorite store is Migros Seepark in Kreuzlingen TG.
Hello Jessica1988, since yesterday we have been offering Oh! High Protein Mozzarella again in the largest stores of the Zurich cooperative. The product is also available in the Ticino cooperative. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Please put it back on the shelves in 9500 Wil SG in Eastern Switzerland too. It's simply part of the range these days.

Hello everyone Please include this mozzarella in your range again. I would also like a low-fat version in the winter months.
Hi Schwalbe1 Thank you for taking the time to write to us, unfortunately the item Oh! High Protein Mozzarella is only available in the larger stores throughout the year. The MMM Mall of Switzerland store is the nearest store that stocks this item all year round. We hope this answer will help you and look forward to welcoming you to Migros again. best regards from your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros, please include mozzarella in your range all year round. It can't be right that I have to do without light mozzarella until March because of the raclette/fondue season. I think many others feel the same way!
Hello makkii, we understand your annoyance. It's true that the Oh! mozzarella is only available seasonally. We check from season to season whether we have space for a new item all year round. If a cooperative/branch has space, the item may still be available all year round. Which is your regular branch or region? We will be happy to clarify availability for you over the winter. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello Migros team, thanks for the feedback. My regular branch is Kriens LU. LG
Hello makkii
Thank you for taking the time to write to us. The item Oh! High Protein Mozzarella is unfortunately a seasonal item. There are currently only a few stores that still have remaining stocks of Oh! High Protein Mozzarella: MM Metalli ZugMM Sonnenplatz MMM Zugerland MMM SurseeparkWe hope this answer will help you and look forward to continuing to welcome you to Migros. your M-Infoline Team
What's seasonal about it? Eating a low-fat diet? Normal mozzarella is also available all year round. The same goes for Leger Feta.
Hello indios, in winter the focus is on fondue and raclette, in summer on mozzarella, feta and grilled cheese. The places are defined for the winter season 22/23. We can no longer change this. For the next winter season 23/24, we will check in due course which mozzarella items will also be listed in winter. We will take your input on board. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
That's just complete nonsense! There is plenty of room for mozzarella and feta in Wil SG. And there is also plenty of raclette and fondue. And not a single variant, be it feta, mozzarella, fondue, raclette, in the Léger, Oh! or light variant...........that is incomprehensible in this day and age..........You are the only ones who don't have it............
