Hello Migipedia team, I have noticed something new about the problem myself. The unpleasant smell and taste is only present if there is some liquid in the product when it is opened. If there is no liquid in it, the product is 1-A. I tried draining the liquid and leaving the product open for a while, after which it could be consumed without too much trouble.
Is it possible that this liquid that I have found in places is something from cleaning or disinfecting the filling machine or production line?

Hello sno1982, thank you for your renewed feedback. Due to the error described, we assume that the temperature profile during distribution (cold chain) was not optimal and/or the cup was exposed to mechanical stress (strong vibrations) during distribution. As a result, the contents are damaged and serum forms. However, the liquid in question cannot be attributed to the cleaning or disinfection of the production line. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Thanks for your information. I have now looked in the fridge for one with a different expiry date and have found it. (See photo) This quark tastes delicious. No unpleasant smell or taste. (I can't say whether it's because I'm chronically ill and have chronic pain syndrome as well as severe problems with my nerves and whether this also affects the taste and smell) I suspect that something in the quark with the expiration date 08.06.2024 that I had was not as usual and I react too strongly to it.

Hello team, yesterday I had the same problem again after opening the quark, unpleasant odor and after the first spoonful of the quark, in addition to the recent unpleasant taste, half my mouth went numb! Smells unpleasantly of chemicals and produces a strange taste in the mouth. The curd often causes foul-smelling belching shortly after consumption.
Has anything been changed in the last 2 to 3 months? The taste used to be better.

The packaging of the yogurt I bought says 100g =60kcal. Which nutritional values are correct now? The one from the app or the one on the packaging?

We have calculated with data from the latest raw material specifications, which is why the nutritional values are slightly different. The recipe, however, remains unchanged.
