How is it ensured that such chocolate with regional cocoa is not too heavily contaminated with cadmium? Cadmium can get into the chocolate through the soil or during the processing of the cocoa. I would love to benefit from the 20% promotion, but the cadmium problem puts a damper on my desire.

If the heavy metal levels in the raw materials are too high, they are not accepted and processed. This ensures that the end products meet the legal requirements and can be consumed without concern.
