How is it ensured that such chocolate with regional cocoa is not too heavily contaminated with cadmium? Cadmium can get into the chocolate through the soil or during the processing of the cocoa. I would love to benefit from the 20% promotion, but the cadmium problem puts a damper on my desire.

Hello Outdoorhase, thank you for your inquiry. Heavy metals are analyzed at the raw material stage, e.g. cocoa beans are regularly tested for cadmium and lead. If the heavy metal levels in the raw materials are too high, they are not accepted and processed. This ensures that the end products meet the legal requirements and can be consumed without concern. I would have liked to try them. But they don't even exist, neither when I search in the online store nor in the stores?

Hi curley, the chocolate is online and also shows various stocks. You can enter your zip code on the website and see the available quantities for each store in your area. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
