For me particular taste but pleasant although I cannot recognize the lemon flavor. In my family, the perception of lemon in this chocolate has been very personal: 2 people do not recognize the lemon but appreciate the sour touch, while 2 others recognize the lemon but judge it to be excessive ( and they are usually the ones who appreciate the lemon taste the most!).
