«Customers generally praise the product for being efficient, silent, and user-friendly, making it ideal for large rooms and children's bedrooms. However, some users express dissatisfaction with the inconvenient water refilling process and bright LED lights. A few customers also report issues with white residue when used with a water softening system.»

Nebulizes as expected, refilling water rather laborious, tank drips quite a bit when removed. "Whistles" very quietly after mode
Too bright, and stop very often we don't really know why, disappointed
Before I had the model below (350), and unfortunately the model 400 is more expensive and less good. Really not practical for the filling of water, you have to put the tank upside down and take it out each time. Impossible to turn off the lights that are much too strong when you put the device in a room. In short, the model below is better. Really disappointed with this model.
Perfect for large rooms and quiet
Super device. Top price - performance!
Good product. Delivers the expected result.
I am very satisfied in all respects
We've had it in our living room for a few weeks now. The appliance has power! We feel more comfortable compared to the other years. Our Christmas tree doesn't dry out quickly either. Top! 👍🏻
Great humidifier and very quiet. Only flaw, when you turn it on you have to set the humidity level, otherwise it keeps going... one morning my daughter's room looked like a Turkish bath, now we have explained to her how to do it (she is 10 years old) and if she can set it, we can all do it🤣
Unfortunately, the humidifier has 3 unpleasant features for our application: 1. it can only be operated without an in-house decalcification system. Our only water connection without decalcification is the garden connection. However, this has to be turned off in winter as it is not frost-proof. 2. very awkward filling of the water tank. It is quite awkward to fit the water filler neck on the bottom of the tank. Always results in a puddle of water when the tank is turned over after filling and a drip trail into the living room afterwards. 3. every time the appliance is switched off (e.g. filling the water tank), the appliance loses the set values for the humidity threshold and the strength of the water mist. The values must always be reset afterwards. Fortunately, at least this is easy! The appliance is otherwise beautifully designed, barely audible and works perfectly. It is a pity that the three points described are not satisfactory.
