Very satisfied with it, reliably vacuums up cat hair and isn't too loud (the cats are grateful). Would buy this device again anytime.

Hello, The suction power is excellent. Even small pebbles are removed. Cleaning is very easy and efficient. The shortened version is also excellent. All in all, an excellent product. Very good. Again and again.
It is very quiet and handy and vacuums very cleanly. Previously had a Dyson and it never sucked up dog hair so well.
About 3 months after purchase, I lost the rubber between the lid and the cyclone unit when I emptied the dust container. I was unable to order this from customer service. (I couldn't find it on the exploded view either). The appliance was sent in and two weeks later I received a credit note and ordered a new one. Too bad a completely intact appliance was disposed of because of a missing rubber membrane.... I am very satisfied with the vacuum cleaner. Sufficient for the whole 4.5 room apartment and stairwell with one battery charge.
