Hello, Indios, we’re sorry that the item weighed only 172 grams. Using the timecode, we were able to identify the cause of the error. The package in question was produced during the startup of the system or the filling line. Once the startup process is complete, it is the machine operator’s responsibility to manually sort out non-compliant packages (e.g., those that are underweight) and remove them from the conveyor belt.
Unfortunately, the sorting process was not carried out properly in this case, resulting in a non-compliant package entering the delivery process. We sincerely apologize for this. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team
