Consistency very good. BUT: You can't taste the vanilla at all, so be sure to add more vanilla. Nutritional values are good, but the sugar content is quite high due to the whey protein. Very good that it is sweetened with sweetener. Very expensive.
An Oh! vanilla quark would have been even better.
