Very fine spinach. If you use it raw as a salad, the quantity for 1 person is unfortunately too much. Is it perhaps possible to offer smaller packs, e.g. half?
Hello country_girl, thank you for your suggestion. When cooking, the weight collapses a lot, so 300 grams is usually a good unit. For smaller quantities, we offer Demeter baby spinach, which is only 125 grams. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
