Eat right away, won't keep very long

Bought as an alternative as it didn't have normal spinach without organic! Expensive for 6.50

Dirt, weeds and the odd rotten leaf don't bother me, it's a natural product after all. What bothers me more is when I buy a pack of it on 20.06 in the afternoon which was already packed on 14.06(!!)... So Saturday LAST week... At the moment I have to throw away products almost every week because they are old/expired even though I just bought them.
So far this hasn't been a problem, but apparently I need to pay more attention to the products and the best-before dates and packaging dates when shopping.
Having to throw away freshly bought products is really not cool and is a waste of money and especially food.
Too many stems and both times half of them were already rotten.
