When will the meat also be available in Demeter quality?

The supply is simply too small to meet any possible demand. In addition, Demeter-quality meat is often marketed regionally or directly by the producer. What parts of beef does minced meat contain?
Hi Migosa, thank you for your post. The organic beef mince is made from lean, deboned beef from the forequarter. Basically, these are pieces of meat that cannot be used as a whole piece or for a roast because of their size. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
You can't really call it lean beef! 15% fat, that's huge!!!!

Not just for meat, but everywhere! You can no longer go shopping at Migros in the morning like you used to, nowadays the delivery doesn't arrive until 11.00 am. I think it's a mess.
