Very poor quality the last time I bought it. The fatty taste overshadows all the dishes. A real shame Migros.

Very good organic minced beef. It hardly loses any water when roasted, so it remains juicy and aromatic. The taste is great and the quality is impressive. The price is CHF 23.00 per kilo, which was already cheaper, but is justified for the quality on offer.
Very good quality, fine "crumbly" after frying and not too greasy = makes a fine minced meat and croissants!
Eating less meat and if we do, from organically reared animals - the least we can do 😍
