A delight raw, crunchy and fresh, perfect as a raw vegetable or in a salad. Cooked, they turn into a rubbery torture, disappointing and bland. Freshness and texture are their only assets. If you want to cook them, it's better to avoid them.
Good, but the quantity is a bit large. This product doesn't keep very long and 250g is too much for many recipes.
