Mediocre quality because it expires too quickly... perhaps review the storage system to preserve the freshness of the product. I know it's a fragile product to preserve, so I don't know what else to suggest to improve the quality of this product and avoid the tip of all the thumbs turning brown from oxidation and rotting when you open the bag. Perhaps I could suggest a variant with a smaller portion too, so that you don't have to throw away half the rotting sachet in the fridge.
