150 grams of this stock is enough for 3 liters of sauce. How many spoonfuls (tbsp. / tsp.) to how much liquid (water / wine) do I need for a sauce for approx. 600g of ragout?
Hello Hogerlisi1948, thank you for your request. We recommend 6 dl of stock or stock per 500 g of meat, then reduce the meat with 2 dl of white wine. So 30 ml of stock should be enough. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
