The veal stock powder "Premium from Bon Chef" was ideal for very fine sauces and soups. The advantage was that it was easy to measure out and had the right taste. Unfortunately, it is no longer available, but this veal stock from "Migi's Chef Metzger" is. It tastes oversalted and too chemical.
