Soft and chewy, but a little neutral
These Swiss butter madeleines are soft and pleasant in the mouth. Their texture is perfect, but the taste remains a little too neutral for my taste, lacking a little character. Ideal for a simple gourmet break.
Perfect, well-packaged, irresistible.

I always buy one or two packs because they are really irresistible.
The only point that can be improved is the packaging: a freshness-saving closure would be really useful to keep them soft longer once opened.
Still, it remains a mouthwatering and quality product.

Too sweet and artificial in taste. Pastries and patisserie used to be really good. Unfortunately not anymore. What a pity.
