How does this yellow mustard differ from white and dark mustard?
And where is it grown?
Hello Civitas, thank you for your question. Is it really about mustard or is it about mustard seeds? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for your answer.
It's about mustard seeds as the article describes :-)
Hello Civitas, thank you for your reply. We only stock the yellow mustard seeds in our range. The origin can vary from batch to batch. However, we always print it on the product during production. These mustard seeds have a very mild to mild taste. They are used in yellow or white mustard production. Black mustard seeds have a sharper and more intense taste and are often used for processing Dijon mustard. The differences in pungency and flavor are mainly due to the type of mustard seed.
