Ideal for making your own mustard.
Is good I used it to make mushrooms in vinegar. It is excellent for this. Can also be given away and used for other things. I would buy it again and again.
Practical for seasoning preserves. Can also be ground to make mustard powder, which can be mixed with water. Then you get mustard.
