I am sad that it is no longer available in Ticino. The same goes for the bread with pumpkin seeds. The protein bread was recommended to me as an alternative, but I don't like it at all.

Is the sliced wholemeal bread (brown packet) with pumpkin seeds no longer in the range? It was available in St. Antonino, Lugano Centro and Agno.

I like this bread, it stays fresh for a relatively long time and is rather moist... But what bothers me is that you have to take all the slices out of the packet and then separate them neatly. They often break in the process because the slices really stick together - I always have to cut them again by hand...

Thank you for your feedback. We also accept criticism and strive to improve our products.
Our specialist department has checked the retained samples concerned and no deviations from the quality standard were found.
It is possible that the slices of this bread do not separate easily. Depending on the weather and where they come from, the raw materials are not always 100% of the same quality; as the bread is a natural product, this cannot be completely avoided.
We recommend that you carefully separate the slices with a rounded knife.
