This mild vinegar is ideal for salads.
Strong to the point
Its power is excessive for salads. It could eventually be used to deglaze a pan and make a sauce to accompany a steak, but I haven't been buying it for some time. I used to use it to thoroughly cleanse the skin on my body to restore its neutral pH, as I suffered from a form of eczema. It was an empirical method. I also used it as an aftershave. For a while, I had a brighter complexion, bordering on red, and it took almost a year to get back to normal skin tone, but I finally cured the eczema. It's true that it leaves a rather peculiar smell, especially as I also used it to wash my clothes, as Migros Budget vinegar didn't exist at the time. It should have been included in the Codex.
