If it has to be quick. It's best to mix in some diced bacon.
Fried crispy on both sides, it cuts super well. A great treat with bacon and fried eggs on top!

Lieder, the quality was disappointing. The rösti was more like mashed potatoes - very soft and not at all crispy after frying - as you would expect from rösti.
