This is also randomly checked by our employees afterwards. A check of the machine did not reveal any incorrect settings. As the salmon slices are of different sizes, it can happen that they protrude over the edge of the interleaving paper and the edges of the salmon slices then stick together slightly. The most likely explanation for the missing interleaves is that the interleaving paper has slipped and then fallen off the slightly frozen salmon slices. We have informed the supplier accordingly.
