Where can I see which type or degree of grinding the flour has?
Hello Frogybee, thank you for your question. Flour types are mainly declared on flour packaging in Germany and France. The flour type indicates how many minerals in mg per 100 g of flour are contained in the dry matter and depends on the degree of grinding. Most customers in Switzerland are not familiar with this information on flour types and it is therefore not printed on the packaging. The flour type for wholemeal flour is 1600. Is this flour: - Completely GMO-free? If it contains pseudocereals or soy, are these GMO-free? - Vegan? - Free from additives/auxiliaries - Without E920 and E921? - No cross-contamination with animal substances/agents or alcohol?
Are you bored? The same question for x products 🤦♀️
Hello Rushena, M-Classic wholemeal flour is normal wholemeal flour without any additives. White flour is vegan, alcohol-free and GMO-free, and there are no traces of soy or similar.
