The packaging is to k.... About every 3rd time it has a hole at the top after opening, even with a very, very slow opening attempt.
If the packaging was as easy to open as the Ruchmehl packaging, it would get 5 stars.
N.B.: Customer service confirmed that other customers had already complained.
A better one is hard to find
Is the way wholemeal flour should be. Easy to work with.
Healthy baking
I regularly buy this wholemeal flour from Migros and find it to be of good quality, but it is quite coarse. It makes the dough a little thicker and the end result is darker. A finer texture would make the dough softer and lighter, resulting in a better consistency for different types of flatbreads. I would really appreciate it if the flour could be ground a little finer, as this would improve the versatility for different recipes.
