Hello indios, thank you for your inquiry. We have gladly checked the availability of the product for you. We are still unable to offer the flour due to the current shortage of raw materials. We expect it to be available again from September. In the meantime, we recommend the SMS light spelt flour (article number 1046.401, not available online) and the organic original spelt wholemeal flour (see also article below). Terrasuisse original spelt flour (https://produkte.migros.ch/terrasuisse-urdinkel-mehl) is currently not available due to the scarcity of spelt as a raw material. TerrraSuisse original spelt flour light (1046.023) is a semi-white spelt flour and is a special flour according to Swiss legislation. I was always a big fan of the Terrasuisse line until last week when I bought this flour. It starts with the miserable consistency and ends with the taste.
It borders on the arbitrary that Migros dares to torture loyal, long-standing customers with such inferior products. This has spoiled my anticipation of this flour because I am a great flour lover who enjoys his flour to the full. When it comes to taste, you can't speak of original spelt - if it's good, maybe American GM spelt.
I would ask you to take this flour out of your range because it is an insult to us flour fans.

Can you give us the M-Data's and the LOT number for clarification? The LOT number starts with an L or is a mixture of numbers and letters.
