Muy practica ka saluda
I use it - well seasoned - for Gschwellti.
Very good for training. One cup is enough to fill you up. I can eat the quark on its own. It's nice and creamy.
Delicious for baking
If the half-milk quark was called half-lean quark, I wouldn't have to worry so much about fat.
