Are these almonds gluten-free? Or can it have traces of gluten?
Hello Sablink, M-Classic ground almonds do not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, nor should any carry-over be expected. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats, etc.). In addition, ingredients containing gluten must be highlighted in the list of ingredients, for example in bold print or with capital letters (examples: wheat starch, WHEAT flour). Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" note ("may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten"). Hello Migros, what is the difference to the M-Budget version?
Hello -Brige-, on the one hand the articles differ in the packaging size. The M-Budget article can be packaged more cheaply due to the higher grammage. Secondly, the M-Budget ground almonds are sometimes made from other varieties/origins, depending on availability and price. This ensures the most favorable price in each case. I just wanted to let you know that Migros doesn't seem to know that there are ground peeled almonds, i.e. white ones!
I buy these regularly.

It would be great if ground almonds without the skin (brown) were also available. It is visually more attractive to use white ground almonds for various baked goods.
