Why is it that Migros sells starters which, according to other comments, never become soft and edible, even after slow cooking? Some pieces are then extremely crumbly and fibrously dry, while others are inedibly tough. Two packs of meat and a ruined dinner leave me wondering why this is and whether someone should take care of it.

We did not find any deviations. The processing was carried out in accordance with the specified guidelines. We also had no similar experiences during our internal tastings. The products reached tenderness after at least two hours of cooking and with sufficient liquid intake. In view of these results, we cannot explain the discrepancies you have described. As an immediate measure, we are continuing to monitor the issue closely. If we find a source of error, we will make the necessary adjustments. This morning at 08.15: Shelf was empty, not restocked, other M Budget beef offers were not there either................. When asked, the answer was: The items are there, we haven't restocked yet. In my opinion, that shouldn't happen. As a customer, I would like to post the things I want and need on Saturday, especially if you are in the store and simply no one fills them up in the morning. In addition, the butcher replied totally casually and he wasn't interested at all. He told me to come back in an hour at the earliest................... That can't be right or?????
