I was making a stew
Absolutely lousy quality. Cooked for 2.5 hours and in a pinch another 40 minutes in the pressure cooker. The meat doesn't fall apart! Still as tough as the sole of a shoe. Makes shopping in Switzerland a bit of a misery. In Germany it's also tough, but costs half as much.
