what kind of rennet is this cheese made with? your list of whether a cheese is vegetarian or contains dead animals is unfortunately impossible to find. :( but this is VERY important to us. we only buy vegetarian cheese! is it made with microbial rennet? it is no longer visible. i thought it was written on the packaging a short time ago and now there is nothing to be found? thanks for the info
Hello Sheily, thank you for your inquiry. From the outside, you can't actually tell whether this cheese was made with animal rennet or a laboratory substitute. As several different types of cheese are used in this cheese blend, both types of rennet are contained in the product.
