In my barista's opinion, this brown liquid has nothing to do with coffee. Undefinable blend (origin: "Switzerland")Coffee image: different bean sizes (what should end up in the compost in South America is still good enough to be shipped to Europe), industrial fast roasting at 600 degrees, lots of burnt beans, bean shells, broken beans, some of the beans are moldy and full of holes (insect infestation). No body, nuance or finesse, bitter and sour, no other aromas. Similar to the unapetizing Segafredda and Lavazza liquids, only even "cheaper". If you consider that the price per kilo is reduced by the loss of brandy, tax, logistics, etc., it becomes clear how much is left over for the raw material..... Quality costs, inferior quality is, as with wine, immediately noticeable with coffee. 1 kg tested with all possible preparation methods. Undrinkable, simply scary.
