However, it is also possible that the sealing of the lid has been slightly damaged. Such microcracks are visible to the naked eye. However, they allow oxygen to penetrate. As a result, there are deviations that match your experience. In retrospect, it is no longer possible to determine which facts apply and where in the value chain they occurred. As an immediate measure, we asked all the areas involved to ensure that they are handled properly. We are continuing to monitor the issue closely. If necessary, we will take further precautions. Hello indios, we have revised the recipe for this product. We have removed the natural flavoring without replacing it. We have also replaced the added water with whey. The diameter of the cup and the lid are the same size. Small deviations in the tolerance of both elements may mean that the resealability suffers. This is correct. We are also experiencing the same issue with the lids. Obviously someone did not take into account the stiffness of the bigger container. Also the 500g container was much more practical. Even a 400-450g would be preferred.
