Actually really great would be a great source of protein, but unfortunately has 0.8 g salt per 100 g as a reference WHO recommends max. 5 g per day. The high salt content is also really too salty - it would be great if you could reduce the salt content somehow. I often ate cottage cheese in Sweden and it was much milder and less salty, otherwise the concept of a large amount of cottage cheese at a fair price is actually great.
The best cottage cheese compared to Aldi, Lidl and Coop brands or own brands.
