«Great value, crispy and versatile cornflakes. Some wish for less sugar and smaller packaging.»

Honestly, why pay more?
I’ve been buying M-Budget cornflakes for a long time because they do exactly what I want them to do. They’re nice and crunchy. A lot of cheap flakes turn to mush in milk pretty quickly, but these hold up really well.
What I especially appreciate is that they aren’t overly sweet. If you take a look at the package, you’ll see there’s hardly any sugar in them. I find that much more pleasant than those super-sugary versions, which often taste way too cloyingly sweet when you have a whole bowlful. For me, it’s a solid breakfast where you aren’t paying extra for a big brand name—you’re just getting good cornflakes.
By the way, if you’re feeling adventurous, you can also use them to bread meat. You won’t get a fine coating like with breadcrumbs, but a very coarse and extremely crispy crust. You have to be careful, though, because the flakes turn dark faster than regular breadcrumbs due to the malt. So it’s more of a special gimmick if you like things really rustic.
Are good, not inferior to the "original".
