Great flour for the price!!! I always use it for baking bread...
Very good quality, don't notice any difference to the M-Classic variant.
Also very versatile, I have used it for pastries, bread, sauces, etc. and have nothing to complain about.
unfortunately there is no more 1/2 kg flour
so you can only get butget in 1 kg packs.
