Unfortunately not to be used. The cover shrunk after washing once at 30° and then no longer fitted the changing mat. The waterproof cover is also only washable at 40°. It also shrinks during washing and has to be washed almost individually because the Velcro has no counter Velcro for washing and therefore everything gets tangled up in it.
