Ok, but not top processing
We've had this magnificent tool for a very long time. Bought one again for our friends in St. Barth - Caribbean
Easy assembly, operation and cleaning
I received this Girolle as a product tester. Brilliant, as I had been toying with the idea of buying one for some time. So Migipedia can obviously read minds ;-) What surprised me a little is that the Girolle doesn't come with a cheese bell. I wonder how you are supposed to store the cheese without the matching cheese bell. The Girolle is sold on LeShop, but (as far as I have seen) the matching cheese bell is not available there. When I asked my mother, who has had one for some time, I found out that the transparent cheese bell from "Tete de Moine" can be bought in larger Migros stores in the household articles section. And so it was. At the same time, I bought half a "Tete de Moine" cheese and then I could finally get started. Skewering the cheese accurately is probably a matter of practice. The cheese can be easily processed into these delicious rosettes. The rind comes off automatically and collects in the hollow at the edge. All in all, an ingenious invention and certainly worth buying for cheese lovers. Information on how to use it can be found at the following link: http://www.tetedemoine.ch/de/produkte/schoenste-rosetten
