Sometimes good quality and sometimes already brown leaves
many dark green leaves ....but that isct so
A nice touch of chlorophyll?
If the salad is still good after 3 days in the fridge (no wilted leaves or rotten), then I open a barrel each time (this has happened very rarely so far)
fulfills its purpose and is ok, you just have to be a bit lucky but often fresh stock available
