All products that reach the Migros shelves are checked for quality in advance and those that do not meet the required standards are not sold. However, certain quality losses only occur after some time. Of course, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it to the store.
Our sourcing principle for organic products is as follows: Top priority is given to regional sourcing, then from Switzerland, then from Europe and in 4th priority overseas. In the course of seasonal fluctuations, we still want to be able to offer our customers an interesting range. 70% of organic vegetables come from Switzerland. Migros organic imported products are transported by ship, rail or truck. Air transportation is prohibited according to the Migros-Bio guidelines.
