The carrots always become soft (rubbery) quickly and are no longer attractive. The carrots must be stored in a bag, otherwise you can put them in the compost after just one day. What a shame.

Carrots take a very long time to finally soften during cooking. I'm not used to their style, which is a bit incomprehensible to me. Unfortunately, a variety is never specified/declared, which is a shame
