Hello, is it possible to freeze the finished mousse in a silicone mold so that it can be covered with mirror glaze or chocolate icing?
Hello staudenmanns, thank you for your inquiry. We did a small test with a mirror glaze using this mousse. It is freeze and thaw proof. However, if the cake is spread too thickly with it or the filling layer is too thick, the mousse can be pressed outwards. This can cause the cake to fall apart and no longer look attractive. Therefore, there are still packs with the previous recipe in the stores. We recommend that you check the list of ingredients on the packaging.
