I can't quite understand why they no longer offer Varieta. Is there a guarantee that it will remain on offer, even if it is only available in a few MM stores? What is the situation in the cantons of So/AG/BL/Ju? Which stores offer it? Thank you.
PS: Migros is shooting itself in the foot! Why so many brand-name products when Migros itself always has such good products of its own? I can afford to be critical because I was a branch manager for a long time and now see what has become of the former Migros! Pure regression!

Hello, is it possible to freeze the finished mousse in a silicone mold so that it can be covered with mirror glaze or chocolate icing?

However, if the cake is spread too thickly with it or the filling layer is too thick, the mousse can be pressed outwards. This can cause the cake to fall apart and no longer look attractive.
